177 High Road, Chigwell, IG7 6NX, is a mixed-use project set to revitalise the local area. The development comprises 35 luxury private residential apartments 5,404 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor.

The property at Scots Hill, Croxley Green, Rickmansworth WD3 3AB, is a residential development comprising 59 luxury apartments and associated landscaped gardens and follows the demolition of a historic building.
