🎤 The Investor – Mike Bristow

The Lender – Johan Groothaert

Johan Groothaert has extensive experience in structured finance, including senior management roles at Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank and UBS. A Fulbright scholar, he holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and was recognised by Risk Structured Products as one of ten global pioneers in the development of the structured products market. He founded Luxembourg Financial Group, later sold to UBS, and co-founded Fiduciam.

🎤 The Promoter – AJ Shome

She is also the founder of Founders Room, where she mentors and supports the next generation of entrepreneurs, with a focus on sustainable, long-term development strategies and responsible growth.
