Hello everyone, my name is Michael Georgiou. I bring 25 years of experience in bathroom business, backed by a dedicated showroom showcasing a wide range of bathroom solutions. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of supporting and supplying and installing bathrooms to hotel owners, ensuring quality and satisfaction in every project.

Imran Shaikh

Civil Engineering graduate and Managing Director of EZI Global, with a 20-year career in big tech and a lifelong passion for property and construction. Since 2001, we have built and managed a diverse London-based property portfolio and gained extensive experience in property development. Over the next 24 months, we are bringing a number of our completed sites to market.

Outside of work, I enjoy motorsports, cricket, and staying active through the gym and racket sports.

Ro Sharma

Ro Sharma is Founder and Director of Finura Property, and is a London based property investor and developer.

His experience spans refurbs, conversions, Temporary Accommodation, professional HMOs, capital raising and property trading. His new exciting venture will be launching later this year.

Ro’s background is ex army, ex banking and ex consulting.

He loves adventure sports such as mountain biking y, snowboarding, skiing and expeditions. A little known fact is that he is a former competition-level formation skydiver!

Victoria Tsoy

Victoria Tsoy is an award-winning property developer, entrepreneur, investor and mentor based in Oxfordshire.

She has built a multimillion-pound business entirely without external funding, proving that resilience and strategy can rival deep pockets.

Over the past eight years, Victoria has delivered more than £32 million GDV, with a pipeline exceeding £20 million.

Her current projects span residential new builds, land acquisition, planning uplift, and supported living.

Known for design-led craftsmanship, her schemes combine premium finishes with long-term sustainability, including solar, ASHP, and EV-ready homes.

Victoria was named Property Developer of the Year at the Oxfordshire Business Awards (2024).
In 2025, she was honoured as Inspirational Woman in STEM & Construction House of Lords .

Beyond development, Victoria is committed to mentoring and access.
She founded The Founders Room, a free programme for 14–25 year olds, and TSOY Developers Group, an expert-led community for developers.

Her charitable support includes Sobell House, Homeless Oxfordshire, SeeSaw, and Survivor Space Oxfordshire.

With a PhD in economics and a background in finance, Victoria’s mission is simple: to build honestly, grow sustainably, make a difference and bring others with her.

Karl

With 18 years’ experience in bathroom and heating design and specification, I work on everything from bespoke one-off projects to large commercial developments such as HMOs, hotels and schools. I recently opened my own bathroom showroom, where I combine technical expertise with tailored design solutions to deliver stylish, functional spaces. Outside of work, I’m a Formula 1 fan, enjoy road trips across Europe, and love spending time with my family.

John Phillips

I founded Kingswood Associates 28years ago and since then we have arranged Mortgages and Development Finance for literally thousands of Clients all across the UK.
Recent Loans range from £88.5m for the build of Offices in Central London to £80,000 for a small Buy to Let in Sunderland.
All our Clients are SME entrepreneurs and we genuinely enjoy structuring Finance to suit their requirements – both Debt and Equity from our Offices in Berkeley Square and in Cardiff.
I am a Landlord and also a Shareholder in 5 Developments in the South-East with the combined GDV of over £70m.
I’m a passionate musician, cycle regularly for Charity and sponsor 2 Rugby Clubs.

Craig Simpson

Craig Simpson – Founder of TrustedLand

I moved from Australia to the UK in 2004 and have since built a career spanning marketing, property, and business development. In 2006, he founded a marketing and advertising company that grew across Europe, employing a team of 20 before its successful sale after 12 years.

With a growing interest in property, I began renovating homes and investing in other property developers before founding TrustedLand, the primary network created to bring SME developers and industry professionals together through shared knowledge and collaboration. This remains at the core of what we stand for at at TrustedLand today.

Under his leadership, TrustedLand has grown into the UK’s largest developer network, supporting developers, all manner of advisory professionals in building and scaling their businesses.

2024/25  saw TrustedLand achieve significant growth, hosting 24 events with over 1,200 attendees, expanding its digital network from 3,000 to 5,500 members, and increasing retained land agency clients. Over the same period, the land sales pipeline rose from £60m GDV to more than £360m.
