Tina is a co-founder of Formed Architects, a West London based practice that specialise in maximising asset value for developers and presenting solutions that unlock sites with design that is geared to make the sale or rental process easier to ensure developers returns are as swift as possible without compromising the end user. “We are comfortable taking on schemes up to 50 units throughout the UK and as far afield as Africa, mixed use, conversion and new build. We undertake a lot of work with Listed Buildings and conversions of these, with a great planning track record with dilapidated buildings bringing them back to use in a cost effective and sustainable manner.”
