Ty Tikari – who runs a successful architecture and design practice based in Putney working on a variety of projects with Property Developers.
Here is an image of his latest project that they secured planning for at the end of last year for a private client. Located in Brent the project is for the demolition of a single family house and replacement with 8 private apartments ( 3x1b, 3x2b, 1x3b, 1x4b). A coherent design strategy allowed Ty to convince the council to accept this level of density and via a delegated approval first time around.
