KAA have successfully won a new project with Tristan Property Services to design an over 55 PRS scheme. The client had previous reservations on what he could get on the site, so KAA enrolled the help of TL Member Planning Insight, who have previous experience in delivering approved applications in Swale.
The Design Team is aiming to deliver a Planning Application of between 21 – 40, 1 bed units with some shared amenities.
They will be going to Pre-Application within the next couple of months and aiming to get planning approved during Q3 of 2020.
