“I could see myself living there”.
“It isn’t just a beautiful house, it also does feel like a real home”.
These are just some of the feedbacks Madelyn Dransfield, Julia Ryan and the Happy Place Design Team received for their London Deck based Show Apartment, which they created on behalf of St George City (The Berkeley Group).
Project’s highlights here.
Not only did Happy Place win their 5 Stars Award for Best Interior Design Show Home, they also scored a regional nomination for the International Property Awards, taking place at The Savoy Hotel in London, on the 2nd December.
Focus on The Project
The award-winning scheme is a 2 bedroom, FF&E show apartment, with an edgy ‘industrial-chic’, yet ‘luxe’ feel to it.
A pronounced ‘London Dock’ vibe was also a must.
Happy Place Design blew away the competition by coming up with the perfect colour palette and delivering the client’s vision to a t, whilst being budget-savvy.
Winning this award fosters an already well-established partnership between Happy Palace and the Berkeley Group and it’s a testament to the creativity, pure talent and discipline of a truly unique Designing Team.
