A peek into yesterday’s edition of The Breakfast by Developers Boardroom
Our Founder Alex Harrington Griffin and our very own TrustedLand Member Grant Leggett Head of Boyer’s London office held a discussion focused around Permitted Development, in particular the most recent changes that came into force on 25th May.
As well as giving a catalogue of the changes, Grant prompted discussion on the merits of PD, asking the question “Have enhanced Permitted Development for changes of use to residential been good or bad for planning in London?”
Attendees enjoyed sharing their personal experiences on the matter, in a lively and informed discussion.
