Last week we visited one of our Godalming sites and were faced with impressive progress from the onsite team.
Inside this beautiful Grade 1 listed building we are refurbishing 6 existing flats, and have made use of the chapel to create a stunning duplex apartment. In addition we have gained planning permission for 6 new build homes on the site too.
Being rather close to our Guildford offices, a site visit is so tempting. Luckily many of us drive past the site regularly so we get to keep a very close eye.
As with all our listed building projects, the real challenge is to keep the balance between the historic features and modern living and we’re really proud of what we have achieved here.
Looking forward, we are really excited to watch the progression such an interesting building.
