Having worked with Mark Sanderson for a number of years now, I am confident in saying that he will provide a professional and commercial service to clients. He works efficiently to deadlines and has full regard of the wider project implications of heritage and conservation matters. I am pleased to recommend him as a professional adviser.

I have use Mark Sanderson at the Heritage Advisory on my last two projects. His service knowledge and expertise was fantastic, on both these projects he was able to get one property delisted from A Grade ll listed building and on another was able to prove that the property was not a property of significant interest. The reports that he produced with fantastic and my planning consultant stated that these were the finest reports he’s ever seen by a consultant in this sector. If you instruct Mark and his company you will be in the safest hands and have the highest possible chance of succeeding, I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Immanuel Ezekiel Broadwing Homes
