We recently sold a site to Broadwing Homes as we came into difficulty with funding the development. From initially meeting and discussing our situation with Immanuel we found him to genuinely try to find a solution that worked for everyone. He had come up with lots of ideas on how we could resolve the issues we had as he has so much knowledge and experience as a developer and also in finance. For us the best way to move forward was to sell the site to Broadwing and throughout the process Immanuel was always there to help every step of the way. Compared to other development companies that were interested in buying the site Broadwing followed through and we had no issues communicating with them and working together to complete the sale. I would definitely recommend connecting with Broadwing if you are selling a site/property or interested in working with a professional and honest company. A really efficient and professional team.

We at, Bond Finance Ltd, are a city based firm specilaising in all aspects of commercial finance. We are able to obtain for them, the most competitive commercial finance terms, as Broadwing have the proven track record as developers, strong financial assets and credentials, that banks and institutions need to see. Any development appraisal that we have been sent clearly demonstrates that Broadwing have a comprehensive knowledge is all of the essential costs that can cause other developers issues in obtaining competitive finance and delivering a profitable project. The four main points which Broadwing always consider correctly and most developers do not are: • Paying the correct market price and not an over inflated price, • The build costs, • The professional fees • Assessing the end Gross Development Value. If these points are not worked our correctly, they often eliminate any profit and we know from working with Broadwing they know how to evaluate correctly. They are often contacted by other developers who are in stress or distressed to help them restructure or refinance to enable them to not be taken over by the banks when lending covenants are breached.

I introduced Broadwings to a potential development in Henley. Within three days they had visited the site, assessed its value and written a highly professional proposal to the owner via the agent. This is the speed with which developers have to move in a highly competitive market. I would not hesitate to work with Broadwings again.

In our experience, Immanuel knows how to approach and appraise a potential project, and to do so quickly and accurately. He has a very settled and comprehensive team of Chartered professionals around him, who react equally quickly. These include not only the usual design consultants, but also Heritage, Tree, Ecology, Environmental and others. His Solicitors operate quickly, and he has a full range of supporting specialists to cover his varying type of project. In our experience, Immanuel does not ‘cherry pick’ his projects. Instead he takes-on projects with value-added challenges. And he is a long-term participant in the market, which allows us to help him maximise on the site opportunities.
