A recent success for us included planning permission being granted for a project in Godalming, Surrey. Two, 2-bedroom flats on top of an existing block, with alterations to external appearance, were approved through committee.
The existing 12 flats means the premises will now consist of 14 flats once completed, in a highly desirable part of Godalming.
