The former Rudlens Shoe Factory was originally built in 1898.
Sudborough & Wood occupied it back in 1936 and utilised it as closing room until 1972.
The next phase for this building full of charm and history is to be turned into Rudlens Apartments, 24 comfortable flats full of character where the Victorian features will be carefully preserved.
Did this get your attention? Well you might also want to know that the train station is just around the corner and central London is only one hour away.
Well done Provident Homes, we are confident the buzz for the conversion of this charismatic and vibrant building is only bound to grow.
