9 Homes reserved at the Chalk Lane Residences pre-launch

Out of 21 lovingly restored units, with interior design and marketing collateral by Ademchic. On the day, nine homes were reserved for a VIP preview, even though only the show homes (also designed by Ademchic) were available to preview and the development is not due for completion until late 2020.
 


The VIP preview organised by Leaders Romans Group brought a lengthy queue of buyers through the door, many of whom had registered to view the development as early as December. Ademchic has overseen the interiors and branding for this scheme, including a bespoke interior specification, hoarding and brochure design, 10x photo-realistic CGIs and a lead-capturing project website.
 


The hoarding enabled the agent to gather over 80 enquiries in 4 weeks, resulting in approximately 40 viewings alone. Ademchic also designed and installed the show home to match the style of the CGIs. Two additional viewing days are being organised, although the developer has already been blown away by the initial response.
