The property was on the market with Savills and once Open Vu provided satisfactory proof of funds on the same day, the exchange was successfully completed in only 10 days.
Whilst Open Vu remain very active in the soucing of ‘off site’ deals, they also believe that quite often the market has some fantastic opportunites to offer.
